Welcome to Fellain , a registered trademark of HD Experts BV . We stand for timeless design, craftsmanship, and meticulous service. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the consumer and Fellain, a brand of HD Experts BV

1.2 Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Fellain.

1.3 Fellain reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. For current agreements, the version applicable at the time of purchase applies.

3. Product information & craftsmanship

3.1 All our leather products are handmade from 100% leather.
3.2 Natural variations in colour, texture or patina are characteristic of genuine leather and part of the charm of artisanal production.
3.3 Photos and descriptions on the website are compiled with care, but may contain slight deviations from the delivered product.

4. Personalization

4.1 Personalization is possible for certain products (such as initials).
4.2 Personalized products are made exclusively for the customer and are excluded from the right of withdrawal .
4.3 The customer is responsible for providing personalization data correctly.
4.4 Fellain reserves the right to reject applications that are technically unfeasible or do not correspond to the brand character.

5. Prices and payment

5.1 All prices are in euros, including VAT.
5.2 Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout.
5.3 Orders will only be processed after successful payment via the offered payment methods.

6. Shipping and delivery

6.1 Shipping takes place from the Netherlands.
6.2 Shipping costs:
- Netherlands: €6.95 | Free with orders over €150
- Belgium: €12.95
6.3 Express delivery within 1–2 working days (NL & BE).
6.4 Track & trace is provided with every shipment.
6.5 Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday.
6.6 The delivery address cannot be changed after ordering.
6.7 Fellain is not liable for loss, damage or delay during transport by third parties.

7. Returns & right of withdrawal

7.1 The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt.
7.2 Returns are free of charge when the shipment is presented to the carrier within 3 days of receipt .
7.3 In case of return between day 4 and 14, the costs are for your own account.
7.4 Personalized products are excluded from returns .
7.5 Products must be returned in their original condition : unused, undamaged and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
7.6 If the returned item shows signs of use, is incomplete, damaged, or has been lost/stolen during return shipping, Fellain reserves the right to deduct the reduction in value from the amount to be refunded .
7.7 Incomplete or damaged returns may be refused or only partially refunded.

8. Warranty – Leather products

8.1 Fellain offers a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects.
8.2 The warranty covers, among other things:
- Defective closures, zippers or hardware during normal use
- Loose seams or construction defects during normal use
8.3 The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (hardware discoloration, patina, light scratches, shape changes)
- Damage due to improper use, overload or moisture
- Discoloration due to sunlight, chemicals or cleaning agents
8.4 Warranty claims will be assessed based on photographs and description.
8.5 In the event of valid claims, Fellain will repair, replace or provide appropriate compensation for the product free of charge.

9. Maintenance

9.1 Leather articles must not be washed or immersed .
9.2 Clean only with a slightly damp cloth, dry immediately with a soft cloth.
9.3 Do not use cleaning agents, sprays, oils or chemicals.
9.4 Store products in a dry environment, protected from direct sunlight. Preferably use the included dust bag.

10. Liability

10.1 Fellain is not liable for any direct or indirect damage , consequential damage or loss arising from the use of the products.
10.2 We are also not liable for damage caused by improper use, incorrect maintenance, delays in delivery, loss, theft or damage during transport .
10.3 In any case, Fellain's liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item.

11. Privacy

11.1 Fellain processes personal data solely for order processing, customer service, and marketing purposes (if consent has been granted).
11.2 Personal data will not be provided to third parties, unless required by law.

12. Donation to the Better Life Foundation

12.1 Fellain donates to the Beter Leven Foundation for every purchase: €10 per bag sold and €5 per accessory sold.
12.2 This donation is part of our social mission and is transferred monthly based on achieved sales.
12.3 Donations are only made on definitive purchases. No donations will be made for returns within the 14-day right of withdrawal or in the event of damage claims or compensation.
12.4 After the right of withdrawal has expired, no claim can be made for a refund or change to the donation.
12.5 Fellain reserves the right to change the chosen foundation in the future, provided this fits within the brand's social objective.

13. Applicable law and disputes

12.1 These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law .
12.2 Any disputes will initially be handled through consultation. If this does not lead to a resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
12.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
