At Fellain, we understand that sometimes a purchase isn't quite what you expected. That's why we offer you the option to exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt. You can read how this works below.

Return period
You have the right to register your order for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Free returns within 3 days
If you return your order within 3 days of receipt (date of registration with the carrier), we will fully reimburse the return costs.

Return between day 4 and 14
For returns between day 4 and day 14, the costs of return shipping are at your own expense.

Exceptions

• Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Returns Policy

• The item must be in its original condition : unused, undamaged and complete with packaging, labels and any accessories.
• If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, loss or incompleteness, Fellain reserves the right to deduct a depreciation from the amount to be refunded.
• Incomplete or damaged returns may be refused.

Refund or exchange
Once your return is received in good condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days via the original payment method.

Request a return label
Simply request your return label via our returns page . We'll register the return with the carrier and email you the label.
