At Fellain, we understand that a purchase may not always meet your expectations. That is why we offer you the option to exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Below you will find out how this works.

Return period
You have the right to register your order for return or exchange free of charge within 14 days of receipt.

Exceptions

• Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return conditions

• The item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and complete with packaging, labels, and any accessories.
• If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, loss, or incompleteness, Fellain reserves the right to deduct a reduction in value from the refunded amount.
• Incomplete or damaged returns may be refused.

Refund or exchange
Once your return has been received in good condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days via the original payment method.

Request a return label
Simply request your return label via our returns page. We will register the return with the carrier and send you the label by email.
