Shipping from the Netherlands
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in the Netherlands. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Postage costs

• Netherlands: €6.95 standard shipping
  → Free shipping on orders over €150
• Belgium: €12.95 standard shipping

Delivery times

• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days with express shipping (if selected)
• Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment. During peak periods, this may take a little longer.

Track & Trace
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a personalized track & trace link to track your package. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to be activated by the carrier.

Address changes
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. Once your order is complete, it is no longer possible to change it.
